Planned and executed user experience research projects for a rapid-growth SaaS company serving brands on Shopify and Amazon. Collaborated cross-functionally to inform product design through UX research insights. Introduction

Users: Brands selling on Amazon and their affiliates.
Problem: Amazon has a 5x conversion rate over other platforms, but brands selling on Amazon do not have access to data and tools to manage their program, decreasing their ROAS.
Scope: Integrating Amazon’s APIs with existing backend systems and ensuring compatibility across multiple devices within a six-month
